I can't believe it has been almost a full month since I last posted. I would apologize for not posting, but the reason for not posting is that my call to my family and to the Church takes priority over everything. So when times get crazy busy (like now), one of the first things to go is posting.
I absolutely love what I have been given the opportunity to do in serving here at Fellowship Church. Forgive me in advance if this sounds like boasting, but I am so proud of what God is doing through our Church. In the last month I have heard and been a part of story after story of life change. This summer we had probably one of the most challenging but also one of the strongest ever here at Fellowship Church.
- We opened our brand new retreat center, Allaso Ranch (more to come about that). Hundreds of kids and students had their lives interrupted and rearranged by amazing grace. Hundreds of kids and students went public with their faith in baptism.
- We saw record crowds on the weekend this summer which translates to record life impact for our Church.
- Our Miami Campus is absolutely exploding!
- We are almost finished with our first ALL ORIGINAL ALBUM.
- Our Children's Ministry continues to crank out the best kid curriculum out there- ELEVATE.
- We launched our Pastors teaching on ITUNES Podcast for FREE and it has taken off!
- Our team of VOLUNTEERS- finished and installed our Fall Set.
Sometimes it is therapeutic to list out the things you have seen God doing in your life and in your Church. The enemy would like us to focus on the "negatives", but often times it is in those "negatives" that God is able to show up in the biggest way! And with all of this, I still sense that our best days are ahead of us here at FC.
What is God doing in your life and in your Church? Take some time today and list it out. Take time and thank God for His active movement in your life. Fix your mind and heart to what God is doing and not what the enemy is trying to do. Boast in God. It will change things. It's therapeutic.
