Awesome stuff Pace! Thanks for taking time out to share. Quick question - how many of the peeps we saw on the video (both this day and Tuesday) are full time/part time? Could you possibly share your org chart/structure with us?

Thanks again for what you guys are doing - keep tearin' it up!

Pace, good stuff. Our whole team is checking this out, decided today that our Production and Bands will "start" their week on Thursdays. I am stoked about this new rhythm.

Thanks Pace! Our whole team is checking these out everyday...we have already decided to change our work week to begin on Thursdays, it makes so much more sense...thanks for sharing.

Very cool. Our church is just starting to explore more creative things to do in our services and this will be great to watch the whole week progress. Thanks so much for sharing!

Awesome video. Cool to see how another church does planning.

For our Memorial Day thing we have a high schooler doing a pantomime called "The Holocaust Memorial". It is really sweet, should be a powerful moment.
