Sorry I haven't posted all week. I am empty on so many levels: physically, emotionally, and mentally. Jesus has been my supply spiritually, but as for everything else, I have nothing. Well almost nothing. I have the love of my life, my wife standing with me. I have an amazing Pastor who is leading us through an incredibly tough time. I have a united church that is showing the world what the church is all about.
At a second glance I have more than I thought, but man I am whipped. I plan on posting some this weekend. Please continue to pray for our church family. Talk to you on Saturday.

Dear Pace,
I just arrived home from the 6pm service at FC Grapevine. I posted to your prior email asking for our prayers. I have and will continue to pray for the church staff and Andy and Vanessa's families. God has really laid on my heart all week to especially pray for the P&W team, as I sense that is a truly difficult area right now, so much on your shoulders and so much in Vanessa's shadow and legacy.
I met you at the C3 conference this year, my first time to attend. You actually extended an invitation to me to come and "guest" brainstorm with your team sometime. To refresh your memory, I am the Director of Marketing and Advertising for my company. You and I discussed the difficulties and struggles in leading a creative team and how to continually balance control with teamwork - a discussion I look forward to continuing with you and other creative leaders someday. Maybe you could post some advice or discussion prompts on that...
Anyway, I would love to accept the brainstorm offer when the time is right and you are ready.
Mostly, I wanted to tell you how much I love this blog site! I was so thrilled when I found it from Pastor Ed's blog. I look forward to creative inspiration from your site. I know this is geared toward church teams, but my company is a Christian company and we strive to apply the same theories and principles in our group as we would if we were a church staff. There are many differences, of course, but we work to honor God in all that we do in our business. Thank you for this blog site and our opportunity to peak into your world on a regular basis!
Peace and love,
Rona Davis
