I recently sat in a room with a group of leaders in which we were asked, "Gentlemen, what books are you currently reading?" As you can imagine just about every leadership book, marketing book, church growth book, missional book, blah, blah, blah, was mentioned. The next question silenced the room: "Gentlemen, what about your marriage?"

Pace, is this only for pastors or any type of church leadership? My husband and I are in leadership of small groups, but that's nothing like what you do.

You didn't say who was asking the questions, but that's the answer that would impress me. Whoever, it was, his leadership is one I'd be running to get under - wise man!
